Secondary Teacher – Strong Subject Teachers Wanted
£163 to £263 per day
Whether your passion is Maths, English, Science, Computing, PE, or the Humanities, this thriving secondary school would love to welcome you into their team. They’re looking for teachers who can bring energy, structure, and clarity to the classroom. It’s the sort of place where you feel the difference immediately, because the leadership values staff wellbeing as much as student progress.
As a teacher here, you get the space to teach properly. Schemes of work are organised, expectations are clear, and communication is refreshingly straightforward. You’ll have a department that collaborates willingly, shares resources, and doesn’t leave you drowning in planning. Students respond well to teachers who are fair, predictable, and genuinely interested in them, which makes building relationships both easy and enjoyable.
The school champions creativity alongside consistency. They want teachers who are confident setting routines, but who still bring their personality into the room. Whether you’re newly qualified or years into your career, they’ll welcome someone who brings enthusiasm and strong classroom practice.
The role includes:
• Teaching KS3 and KS4 in your subject specialism
• Creating clear expectations to support focused learning
• Working with supportive department leads
• Contributing to curriculum planning where needed
• Building strong relationships with students from diverse backgrounds
This is a lovely opportunity for anyone who wants to focus on teaching without feeling overloaded by unnecessary extras. You’ll be joining a school that invests in its staff, values good communication, and gives you the freedom to teach in a way that feels authentic.
