We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Middlesbrough. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across your subject specialism

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and good behaviour

Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies

Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND pupils

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and pastoral teams to support student development
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply)

Strong classroom management and organisational skills

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
