Secondary Teacher – Personalised Learning & Intervention

Rate: £130–£220 per day
Contract: Temporary / Long-term
About the Role
We are recruiting a Secondary Teacher to deliver personalised learning programmes to pupils who require an alternative route to education. Subjects may include English, Maths, PSHE or vocational learning, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupil ability and need.

Support pupils working towards entry-level or unit-based qualifications.

Promote positive engagement and behaviour.

Build strong, respectful relationships with pupils.

Support pupils’ preparation for reintegration or next steps.
Skills & Experience

QTS essential.
-
Experience in alternative provision, PRU or SEMH settings preferred.

Strong behaviour management and communication skills.

Passion for making a difference in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
