We’re looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS3 and SEN KS4 in a secondary school that values consistency and strong relationships.
This role involves supporting pupils with additional needs, both in class and on a 1:1 basis, helping them stay regulated, engaged and confident throughout the school day.
The role includes:

Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism and SEMH

Working closely with teachers and the SENCO

Supporting learning, behaviour and emotional regulation

Being a consistent presence pupils can rely on
Ideal for someone who:

Has experience in a secondary or SEN setting

Understands KS3 and KS4 expectations
-
Is calm, committed and reliable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
