What you’ll be doing

Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH
-
Helping students stay engaged, regulate emotions, and access classroom tasks

Working alongside teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff

Providing both one-to-one and small-group support across core subjects

Encouraging positive routines, independence, and confidence

Experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary setting

A calm, supportive approach, especially around behaviour and emotional needs

Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly

Someone who’s resilient, reflective, and genuinely wants to make a difference
