Salary: £120 - £160 per day, subject to experience
Are you passionate about geography and eager to inspire the next generation? Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated Secondary School Geography Teacher to join a dynamic school in Sunderland. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 and help them develop a deep understanding of the world around them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative geography lessons aligned with the curriculum for KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them excel.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the geography curriculum and share best practices.
- Foster a respect for diverse cultures and perspectives through the study of geography.
Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching geography at secondary school level, particularly in KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for geography and the ability to inspire students.
