Secondary Learning Support Assistant

 

On behalf of secondary school located in Redbridge, Protocol Education are seeking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their Additional Learning Support Team.

This is a non-teaching role that will give the successful practitioner an excellent opportunity to work closely with the students to support them in their school life.

As a Secondary Learning Support Assistant your role will involve planning, preparing, delivering learning activities and reporting on students’ progress.

This is a new build all-through school with access to a wide range of resources and support to enhance the success of both staff and students. 

In their latest Ofsted inspection this secondary school scored Outstanding for delivering a standard of education that matches the very best schools in the country.

 

The successful Secondary Learning Support Assistant must be:

  • Undertake proportionate share of day duties

You will be working across a range of age groups from Year 7-Year 11, it is therefore important that you feel confident supporting students up to the age of 16 (KS4).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
