Graduate Teaching Assistant

The role : (Full training provided)

 

Work in the SEND department, supporting students' learning and development students aged 11-16years

 

Key Qualifications and Skills:

 

Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.

Passion for supporting young people's development.

Ability to build positive relationships with children and adults.

Strong organizational skills and accurate record-keeping ability.

Calm, supportive manner and adaptability.

Delivering first-class support for young people's independent study.

Ability to develop excellent relationships with students and motivate them to overcome barriers to learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
