Secondary English Teacher Needed 

An excellent school in Southend is looking to appoint a committed and innovative Science teacher.

This role is open to both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers. Newly qualified teachers would be well supported by the schools own ECT programme. 

The school has an excellent reputation in the area and is a warm and supportive environment to work and learn in. The school expect the best for the children who attend and want someone who will give the best and bring a positve energy. 

 

Ideal candidates will have:

- To have a thorough and up to date knowledge of your subject, and take account of wider curriculum developments

- To consistently and effectively use a range of appropriate strategies for teaching and classroom management

- To consistently and effectively use information about prior attainment to set well-grounded expectations for pupils, and monitor progress to give clear and constructive feedback

 

Role: English Teacher

Start date: ASAP / January

Timetable: Full-time

Level: KS3 / KS4

Salary: Paid in line with experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
