About the Role
You’ll be teaching Drama across KS3 and KS4, with the chance to lead exciting productions, nurture talent, and support students in developing communication and performance skills that go beyond the classroom. The role also involves planning, assessment, and helping learners prepare for GCSE exams.

What We’re Looking For

UK QTS or equivalent with a Drama specialism

Experience teaching Drama at KS3–KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

Someone who can inspire students to express themselves and build confidence

Strong classroom management and the ability to create engaging lessons
