What You’ll Be Doing
You will be the reliable presence ensuring lessons stay on track, including:

Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects

Supporting students to remain focused, engaged, and ready to learn

Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent, and positive way

Building strong rapport with students across the school

Assisting departments during quieter periods, including basic admin tasks

Remaining flexible and confident moving between classes throughout the day
