What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the reliable presence that helps each lesson stay on track. This includes:

Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across different subjects

Supporting students to remain focused, engaged, and ready to learn

Managing behaviour in a positive, consistent way

Building rapport with students across the school

Assisting departments during quieter periods, including basic admin tasks

Being flexible and confident moving between classes throughout the day
