What your role looks like as a Classroom Supervisor
You’ll deliver pre-prepared work to classes when the teacher is absent, maintain routines and keep pupils on task. It’s a brilliant option for graduates, aspiring teachers or anyone who enjoys classroom responsibility.
As a Classroom Supervisor you’ll be responsible for
- Delivering cover lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Keeping pupils engaged with the set work
- Supporting behaviour expectations
- Recording attendance and lesson notes
- Creating a calm and positive learning space
What you’ll need as a Classroom Supervisor
- Strong communication and confidence
- Experience with young people in any setting
- A calm approach in busy classrooms
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
