You’ll be the kind of teacher who can turn a blank canvas into a buzzing classroom—bringing fresh ideas, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to manage behaviour with calm confidence.
What you’ll be doing:

Delivering engaging, creative Art lessons that stretch and inspire students

Encouraging learners of all abilities to explore, experiment, and achieve their best

Planning and delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 desirable)

Bringing energy, structure, and classroom presence to keep students focused

Supporting the wider school community with your passion for the arts
What we’re looking for:

UK QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Proven experience teaching Art in secondary schools

Strong behaviour management and a positive classroom presence

A creative, adaptable approach with a genuine love of teaching

Willingness to support extracurricular opportunities (clubs, exhibitions, GCSE prep)
