We are currently seeking a number of science tutors to support students who are in need of tuition. This may be due to extra support with science, or those without a place in education.

The Role


As a science tutor you will be using your knowledge and experience to engage students with science. You will be teaching small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
You may be working face to face or online depending on the students and school needs.

Location- Teesside

Salary- £20-£40 per hour (Depending on experience and level)

Times- Times depends on students needs, we do ask for 3 day availability.

As a tutor you will be required to undertake a short course to be able to undertake the role in accordance to government guidelines.

We do require all educators to pass a clearing process prior to beginning work.

The clearing process includes-
- Police checks (DBS and overseas police check if needed)
- References covering 2 years
- CV which has 10 years accounted for
- Completion of a safeguarding course

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
