Pay: £163–£263 per day (PAYE, no umbrella companies)
Location: Newcastle and surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time / Long-term / Immediate start

We’re working with a number of supportive secondary schools across Newcastle who are looking for a passionate Science Teacher to join their teams. You’ll deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to question, experiment, and explore – from chemistry conundrums to biology breakthroughs.

What you’ll be doing

Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if preferred)

Creating engaging lessons that make complex concepts click

Supporting students to achieve their best in exams and beyond

Bringing energy, structure, and curiosity into every class

Working collaboratively with colleagues in a thriving Science department
What you’ll need

QTS or QTLS status (or in the process of obtaining it)

Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics

Excellent classroom management and communication skills

A genuine passion for helping students understand and enjoy science
