Love Science? So do they. And they’re ready for someone who brings it to life.

We’re working with a brilliant secondary school in Telford that doesn’t just talk big—they deliver. High standards, strong behaviour, and a real focus on teaching (not endless admin). From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel part of a team that’s all in—for pupils, staff, and the subject you love.

This isn’t just another teaching post. It’s your chance to spark curiosity, build confidence, and join a school where CARE isn’t just a motto—it’s how they operate, every single day.

What’s on the table:

  • A permanent Science role starting September 2025

  • Pupils who are switched-on, curious, and up for a challenge

  • Shared planning and no box-ticking nonsense

  • Forward-thinking SLT who back their teachers

  • Real progression across a growing MAT

Who they’re after:

You’re a confident Science teacher—or an ECT with fresh ideas and a solid foundation. You bring energy, clarity, and a knack for explaining the tricky stuff. You’re up for high expectations and ready to help students believe they can do more than they think.

Got ideas for STEM clubs, outreach, or unforgettable experiments? Even better.

Essentials:

  • UK QTS or equivalent

  • Strong subject knowledge and love for Science

  • Consistent, high-quality teaching approach

  • Willingness to grow and maybe lead in future

Why Protocol?

  • Weekly pay through PAYE (no umbrella faff)

  • FREE CPD, including career-boosting training

  • A named consultant who actually knows your name

  • Local roles in schools that value their staff

  • Fast, no-fuss registration process
