We’re supporting a welcoming secondary school in South Leeds looking for a Science Teacher to join their team from January. The department is friendly, well-organised, and full of people who just really care about helping students make sense of the world around them.

What you’ll be doing

  • Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4

  • Delivering engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics

  • Helping students build confidence and curiosity in the subject

  • Working with a supportive team that shares planning and resources

What the school is looking for

  • UK QTS or a recognised teaching qualification

  • Strong subject knowledge in at least one Science specialism

  • Someone who can explain big ideas in a clear, relatable way

  • A teacher who brings enthusiasm, structure, and steady classroom presence
