The Role

We are looking for a dynamic practitioner who can deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential). Whether your specialism is Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, the school is eager to welcome a teacher who can make complex scientific concepts accessible and exciting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, practical-led Science lessons.

  • Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.

  • Contributing to the wider school community and extracurricular STEM activities.

  • Maintaining the school’s high standards of behavior and learning.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or a relevant teaching qualification.

  • Has a degree in a Science-related subject.

  • Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to student success.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.

  • ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are highly encouraged to apply and will be supported by a strong induction program.
