Gateshead– Science Teacher – ASAP (or January)
A Gateshead secondary school requires a Science Teacher to work on a full time basis until the end of the academic year. There is a high possibility this role would be made permeant in the academic year 2023-2024. This role is to ideally begin immediately but the school will be willing to wait until January (to secure the right candidate.
This well regarded secondary school is located in the west of Gateshead, making it easily commutable from Newcastle and Northumberland.
Ideally the successful Science teacher will have some experience of teaching to KS5, however the school will consider applicants who are able to teach to KS4. The school welcomes applicants from all disciplines of Science.
The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS or QTLS
Have experience teaching Science to KS4
Have the right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
