A well-established secondary school is seeking a Science Teacher to join its supportive and structured department. The school welcomes specialists in Biology, Chemistry or Physics, with teaching across KS3 and KS4, and potential KS5 for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver Science across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

  • Plan practical and theory-based lessons effectively

  • Differentiate to meet varying ability levels

  • Track and monitor pupil progress

The ideal candidate

  • QTS (or equivalent)

  • Specialism in Biology, Chemistry or Physics

  • Confident in managing practical lessons safely

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
