We’re working with a welcoming and well-supported secondary school in Leeds who are looking for a Science Teacher to join their team full-time from after half term. The department is collaborative, resources are strong, and there’s a real focus on creating engaging, practical science lessons.
What you’ll be doing

Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4

Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons

Bringing practical work to life in a safe, supportive learning environment

Creating a calm, positive classroom where students feel encouraged to ask questions

Working closely with the science department to maintain strong progress
What we’re looking for
-
A qualified Science Teacher (QTS or equivalent)

Experience teaching Science in UK secondary schools
-
Confidence across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at KS3, with a specialism welcomed

A reliable, enthusiastic approach and commitment to a full-time role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
