Looking for a science role where students are known, supported, and genuinely encouraged to be their best selves? This could be the one.
We’re working with a welcoming Local Authority secondary school in Shrewsbury that puts people first. Academic success matters here, but so does the bigger picture, helping young people grow socially, emotionally, and into confident, responsible adults.
The school community is proud of its inclusive ethos and celebrates diversity, welcoming students from a wide range of backgrounds. Respect, kindness, and high expectations sit at the heart of everyday life, with behaviour for learning taken seriously so teachers can focus on what they do best, teaching great lessons.
About the role
You’ll be teaching Science on a full-time basis, delivering engaging lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence. Physics specialism is preferred, but not essential, strong subject knowledge and a passion for science are what really count.
