Secondary schools across Wiltshire are looking for supportive, reliable people to work with young people in a range of education-based roles. Whether you’re experienced in schools or just starting out, there are opportunities to suit different skills and career goals.


Roles available

Teaching Assistants (TA)

  • Support pupils in lessons, either in small groups or 1:1

  • Help students stay focused and confident in their learning

  • Work closely with teachers and SEN teams

  • Ideal if you enjoy supporting young people and making a difference day to day


Behaviour Support / SEMH Support

  • Support students who need extra help with behaviour or emotional regulation

  • Use calm, positive approaches to de-escalate situations

  • Build trusted relationships with pupils who find school challenging

  • Great for those with youth work, care, coaching, or mentoring experience


Cover Supervisors

  • Supervise classes during teacher absence

  • Deliver pre-set work and keep lessons running smoothly

  • Manage classroom behaviour confidently

  • Perfect if you’re a graduate or considering teacher training

Teachers (Qualified or Unqualified)

  • Teach your subject specialism across KS3 and KS4

  • Opportunities for supply, long-term, and part-time work

  • Suitable for UK-trained teachers, ECTs, and teachers trained overseas

  • Flexible roles to fit around your availability
