️ School Chef – Warm, Wholesome, and Wonderful!

Location: North London
Hours: 9am–3pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Term time only
Start Date: ASAP

Love cooking up good food that makes little faces light up? We’re looking for a kind, caring, and experienced School Chef to join a friendly school catering for children aged 4–13.

You’ll be the heart of the kitchen – serving up simple, nutritious meals that fuel busy school days. From pasta bakes to jacket potatoes and the occasional treat, you’ll keep lunchtime running smoothly and smiles all round.

What You’ll Need:

  • Level 2 Health & Food Safety qualification

  • Previous experience working in a school or similar setting

  • A friendly, can-do attitude and genuine care for children’s wellbeing

  • The ability to plan, prep, and serve meals safely and efficiently

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare balanced, child-friendly meals each day

  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and compliant

  • Work with the school team to cater for allergies and dietary needs

  • Create a calm, positive lunchtime experience
