Job Title: School Administrator
Location: Middlesbrough
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Salary: £85–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions)

We’re looking for a confident, organised School Administrator to join a busy and welcoming primary school in Middlesbrough this September. You’ll be the go-to person in the front office—handling queries, supporting the senior leadership team, and helping the school day run without a hitch.
What the role involves:
- Managing phones, emails, and front-desk queries
- Keeping attendance and safeguarding records up to date
- Supporting with data entry, school comms and diary management
- Working closely with the Headteacher, staff and wider school community
- Using systems like SIMS, Arbor or similar (training can be given)
What we’re looking for:
- Admin experience in a school setting (ideally!)
- Great communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, calm and professional at all times
- Tech-savvy with a good handle on systems and spreadsheets
- Ready to get stuck in and make a real difference behind the scenes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
