This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, from managing records to coordinating communications. You’ll be part of a supportive school team where your organisational skills make a real difference.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Manage school records and databases accurately

  • Handle communications with parents, staff, and external agencies

  • Support the administrative needs of teaching staff

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and school events

  • Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for pupils and visitors

 

About you:

  • You have previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in education

  • You’re highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented

  • You have excellent communication skills

  • You hold a valid DBS or are willing to obtain one
