The School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to inspire and support underachieving Year 11 students in their revision and academic progress.
Achievement Mentors should demonstrate passion, patience, and empathy to effectively support pupils in their learning journey. The successful candidate will have a proven record of academic excellence and be able to discuss and share the strategies that contributed to their own success.
Comprehensive training will be provided, including safeguarding, effective communication with parents, and strategies to support students in achieving their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
