Protocol Education are currently in partnership with a school in the York area (YO8).  They are currently recruiting for the role of a Reprographics Officer. This role would be due to start in October, with the hours being from 8 - 4 Monday – Friday. The salary for this role will be £19,264 - £20,043 pro-rata (£16,478 - £17,145).

It would be your job to manage the reprographics environment within the school. You will be able to produce high quality documents in a cost effective and timely manner.

Responsibilities for this role:

  • Provide a reprographics service to the whole school including copying, booklet, lamination and binding.
  • Support PA and SLT as required.
  • Create and develop resources and materials as requested.
  • Distribute incoming post.
  • Prepare monthly reprographic figures
  • Communications to parents/carers/guardians as requested by the office manager.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
