Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to reception students
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with reception-aged children
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development theories
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Training in phonics and early literacy development
Working Conditions:
