Reception and Administrative Support
This High School is seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join their team as an Administrator. In this role, you will provide a warm welcome to all who come to the school, including students, parents, guests, staff, and governors. You will offer administrative and organizational support to the school staff and carry out various reception duties.
Reception duties: Answer inquiries, sign in visitors, and issue passes.
Pupil welfare: Provide first aid, liaise with parents and staff.
Clerical support: Photocopying, filing, sending messages, making refreshments.
Record maintenance: Sorting mail, updating student information.
Assist with pastoral issues and communication with parents and other schools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Radio communication with duty teams/security guards.
Maintain confidentiality of records.
Provide cover during the late shift as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Office administration and word processing experience.
Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity.
Experience in a busy environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
