This welcoming specialist setting is looking for a Qualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Early Years and Primary. You’ll be part of a close-knit team who genuinely look out for one another and believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported and successful.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting learning through structured play, phonics and early numeracy

Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need a little extra help

Adapting activities to suit individual learning styles and needs

Helping children build confidence, independence and positive routines

Working closely with teachers and therapists to support EHCP targets
What we’re looking for

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Experience supporting children with additional needs
-
A calm, patient approach and a big dose of empathy

Someone who enjoys being hands-on and part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
