About the Role
We are recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work across specialist education settings in Sunderland. You will support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, providing consistent and structured support.
This role suits experienced TAs who are confident working flexibly across different settings.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 and small group support.

Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.

Support personalised learning plans.

Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams.

Adapt quickly to different settings.
Skills & Experience

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Experience in SEMH or alternative provision is desirable.

Confident, calm and adaptable approach.

Willingness to travel locally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
