A welcoming nursery in Cambridge are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their existing friendly, professional, and hard-working team to provide the highest standard of care for children in the setting. The nursery prides themselves on creating a stimulating and safe environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish. As they continue to expand their team, they are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join them in their mission to provide the best possible start for every child.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in the development and care of children in their early years of education. You will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to create an engaging curriculum, foster a positive and supportive atmosphere, and ensure each child's individual needs are met. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and supports a child-centred approach to learning. They will be flexible, resilient, and able to build excellent working relationships with children, staff and carers. The nursery has a supportive team of practitioners and can be flexible with working hours.

We are looking for a candidate who:

-           Can create a fun and educational environment to meet the needs of the children

-           Provides support to other nursery staff members

-           Builds and maintains relationships with parents and other carers

-           Can support the day to day running of the setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
