Job Title: Qualified English Teacher
Location: East of England, Essex, Rayleigh
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £31,350 - £43,607 per annum
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
- Develop and implement curriculum based on educational standards
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a conducive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in English or related field
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English or a relevant subject
Experience:
- Proven experience teaching English at the secondary school level
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and motivate students
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the English curriculum and educational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or English
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
- Regular working hours with occasional extra-curricular activities
- Classroom teaching environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
