Psychology Graduates – Learning Support Assistants (Immediate Start)

£90–£115 per day

Are you a Psychology graduate with a genuine interest in supporting young people?
We’re looking for graduates who are patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the classroom.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or social, emotional and mental health challenges. It’s a hands-on role where every day brings a new opportunity to make a positive impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping teachers create calm, inclusive learning environments

  • Encouraging confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing

  • Assisting with behaviour and learning support strategies

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related subject

  • An interest in child development or special educational needs

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
