Are you a Psychology graduate with a genuine interest in supporting young people?
We’re looking for graduates who are patient, empathetic, and ready to make a difference in the classroom.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who have additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or social, emotional and mental health challenges. It’s a hands-on role where every day brings a new opportunity to make a positive impact.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Helping teachers create calm, inclusive learning environments

Encouraging confidence, communication, and emotional wellbeing

Assisting with behaviour and learning support strategies
What we’re looking for:

A degree in Psychology or a related subject

An interest in child development or special educational needs
-
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
