Full-time or 4 days a week
January to Easter, with potential to extend

Got a Psychology degree and an eye for behaviour, memory, and why people do what they do? Fancy turning that insight into real classroom impact?

A brilliant Sixth Form is looking for a Psychology graduate who understands the A-Level specification and can bring the subject to life for motivated students. You don’t need QTS for this one, just solid subject knowledge, confidence in front of a class, and the kind of enthusiasm that helps young people think bigger.

This Sixth Form is calm, purposeful, and genuinely supportive. They care about strong relationships, high expectations, and helping every student aim higher than they thought possible.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering engaging A-Level Psychology lessons with support from the department

  • Planning and delivering content linked closely to the AQA specification

  • Marking work and giving feedback that actually helps students improve

  • Supporting learners with study skills, exam prep, and all things synapses and schemas

  • Working within a friendly team who’ll help you settle in fast

What they’re looking for

  • A Psychology graduate with a solid understanding of the A-Level curriculum

  • QTS is preferred, but experienced cover supervisors or psychology graduates with strong subject knowledge are absolutely encouraged to apply

  • Someone who communicates clearly and brings ideas alive in the classroom

  • A calm, curious, approachable personality

  • A genuine belief that every student can succeed with the right support
