What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils in class, 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping children stay engaged, regulated and confident in their learning

  • Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to create inclusive learning environments

  • Encouraging social skills, focus and resilience

  • Bringing patience, empathy and a good sense of humour every day

What you’ll need:

  • A psychology degree (or be working towards one)

  • Some experience with children or young people (school, tutoring, childcare, volunteering all count!)

  • A calm, consistent approach and bags of emotional intelligence

  • A genuine interest in education and child development
