What you'll be doing:

Supporting pupils in class, 1:1 or in small groups

Helping children stay engaged, regulated and confident in their learning

Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to create inclusive learning environments

Bringing patience, empathy and a good sense of humour every day
What you’ll need:

A psychology degree (or be working towards one)

Some experience with children or young people (school, tutoring, childcare, volunteering all count!)

A calm, consistent approach and bags of emotional intelligence

A genuine interest in education and child development
