What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils with autism, SEMH, ADHD, communication needs, and sensory differences

  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils feel safe, regulated, and ready to learn

  • Using your understanding of behaviour to support positive routines and de-escalation

  • Helping pupils build social skills, confidence, and independence

  • Teaming up with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver consistent, structured support
