If you’re interested in behaviour, mental health, child development, or educational psychology, this could be a brilliant first step. We’re working with schools looking for Psychology Graduates to support pupils who need a little extra help to thrive in the classroom.

This isn’t about sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be hands-on, learning every day, and building experience that genuinely counts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping children manage behaviour, emotions, and routines

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

  • Putting theory into practice in real classroom settings

This role is ideal if you’re:

  • A psychology graduate (or related subject)

  • Interested in educational psychology, clinical psychology, or mental health

  • Calm, patient, and confident building relationships

  • Considering further study like a PGCE, MSc, or Doctorate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
