Role: Psychology Graduate  - Educational Support Role

Location:  City of London 

Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 (Mon -Fri) - Part time available

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Psychology Graduates to join our team in the heart of the city and support students' well-being and educational development.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with social, emotional, or behavioral needs.
  • Implement tailored intervention strategies based on psychological theories and best practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals to create effective support plans.
  • Observe and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to the school and families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs to promote positive mental health and well-being.
  • Participate in staff training and development sessions related to educational psychology.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field from a recognized university.
  • A strong understanding of psychological principles and their application in educational settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children overcome challenges.
  • Prior experience working with children or in educational settings is desirable but not mandatory.
