Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to teachers and staff in delivering exceptional educational programs and interventions to students.
- Assist in implementing effective behavior management strategies and individualized support plans for students with diverse needs.
- Offer personalized one-to-one or small group support to students, including tutoring and mentoring where required.
- Contribute to data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Assist in organizing and delivering workshops and activities focused on promoting mental health and wellbeing among students.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures student engagement and achievement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.

- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and resilience, enabling effective support for students facing challenges.
