Responsibilities:
- Provide crucial support to teachers and staff in delivering outstanding educational programs and interventions tailored to the diverse needs of students.
- Assist in the implementation of effective behavior management strategies and personalized support plans for students with a range of needs and abilities.
- Offer individualized one-to-one or small group support to students, including tutoring and mentoring as needed.
- Contribute to the collection and analysis of data to monitor student progress and evaluate the impact of interventions.
- Participate in the organization and delivery of workshops and activities focused on promoting mental health and wellbeing among students.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and achievement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues alike.
- Genuine passion for working with children and young people, particularly within an educational context.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and resilience, enabling effective support for students facing challenges.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities.
