The Role

As a Psychology Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND

  • Support emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development

  • Assist teachers and SENCOs with tailored learning strategies

  • Help deliver structured interventions and learning activities

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils

  • Be a calm, consistent, and supportive role model
