Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, including autism, SEMH and communication differences

Helping young people regulate emotions and access learning in a way that feels safe and achievable

Working closely with teachers, therapists and the SENCo to deliver tailored support

Using your Psychology insight to spot patterns, build trust and understand behaviour as communication

Encouraging independence, confidence and small-but-mighty steps forward every day

Any experience with SEND, youth work or mental health support is a bonus, but not essential
