Are you a psychology graduate looking to make a difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Haringey.

About the Role:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behavior.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Step in as a Cover Supervisor, leading classes during teacher absences and ensuring a positive, productive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, helping to foster their academic and personal development.
  • Assist in adapting lesson materials to meet the diverse needs of Haringey’s student community.
  • Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
