Are you a recent psychology graduate eager to make a real impact in education? We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Enfield.
About the Role:
- Support students in the classroom, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored assistance to those who need it most.
- Step into the role of Cover Supervisor when required, managing classes during teacher absences and ensuring a positive, productive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with students, helping to manage behavior and encourage academic and personal growth.
- Gain valuable experience working with young people, including those with special educational needs (SEN), small groups, and 1:1 support.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in psychology (or related field).
- Passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and confidence to manage a classroom environment.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
