We’re working with welcoming primary schools across Southwark looking for calm, compassionate support staff to work with children who need a little extra help—emotionally, socially, or academically.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping children with additional needs feel safe and engaged

  • Using your understanding of behaviour, communication and wellbeing

  • Building confidence and positive routines for pupils who need it most

  • Working closely with SENCOs, teachers, and pastoral teams


This could suit you if:

  • You’re studying or have a degree in Psychology (or related field)

  • You’re patient, empathetic and genuinely enjoy working with children

  • You’re curious about SEND, mental health, or educational psychology
