Psychology Graduate – Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Location: North Tyneside
Pay: £90–£115 per day
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

We’re supporting several secondary schools across North Tyneside who are looking for compassionate, motivated graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants. You’ll be supporting students with additional needs, helping them to engage with learning, manage their emotions and build confidence in and out of the classroom.

You’ll be ideal if you:

  • Hold a degree in Psychology or a related subject

  • Are passionate about helping young people to achieve their best

  • Can build calm, supportive relationships with students and staff

  • Are interested in progressing into teaching, educational psychology or mental health roles
