Are you a Psychology graduate eager to turn your understanding of behaviour and learning into real impact?

We’re working with welcoming secondary schools across Newcastle looking for graduates who can support students who need a little extra help to engage in lessons and feel confident in school life. You’ll work alongside teachers and pastoral staff, supporting pupils with additional learning, social, or emotional needs.

This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally calm, observant, and empathetic. You’ll enjoy building trust with students, helping them manage emotions, and creating a positive environment where they can focus and flourish.

Whether you’re considering a career in educational psychology, mental health, or teaching, this role gives you hands-on experience in how children learn, behave, and develop in real classrooms.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
